Original Art at an Affordable Price!
Because printmakers reproduce, yes, I have linocuts for sale! If you are interested in pricing and availability (some series have sold out) or simply want more information...such as the "story" behind the art...I would love to hear from you. My editions are very limited. Usually no more than 10 in a series. I keep one or two. No two are exactly alike. That's the beauty of handprinting and the printing process in general.
Linocuts are printed using Caligo inks (which are eco-friendly); I vary the printing paper, but most are printed on heavy BFK Rives printmaking paper with a minimum of 1" around the image, numbered, signed and dated in pencil.
Prices vary depending on size and complexity of design. Generally, 9" x 12" linocuts are priced between $100-$200 each. Smaller linocuts are priced between $75-$100.
Additional Information: 9" x 12" linocuts look lovely matted in off-the-shelf 16" x 20" mats. If you prefer your linocut mounted and matted, please inquire. I may be able to accommodate you for a modest fee.
